Shipping & returns
Delivery region
The storefront currently accepts Japan domestic addresses only. Checkout restricts shipping destination to JP. International shipping is not available at this time.
Fulfillment time
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends, national holidays, or during year-end closure will be processed on the following business day. If a delay occurs due to stock availability, weather, or logistics issues, we will notify you at your registered email address.
Roll film parcels
Orders containing only 135 or 120 roll film: 250 JPY flat rate for 1–2 rolls, free shipping from 3 rolls. Shipped via tracked small-parcel services comparable to ClickPost or YuPacket. Delivered to your mailbox, typically arriving in 2–5 days.
Standard shipping
Orders containing sheet film, paper, equipment, or accessories — including mixed orders with roll film — ship at a flat 900 JPY via standard tracked courier. Typically arrives in 1–3 days after dispatch.
Free shipping threshold
Any order with a product subtotal of 15,000 JPY or more ships free nationwide, regardless of contents. Some oversized equipment items may incur an additional weight-based surcharge, which will be clearly shown at checkout.
Tracking
A tracking number is sent to your registered email once the order has shipped. If your order has not arrived after 5 business days, please check the tracking status first, then contact the carrier directly or reach out via our contact form.
Stock reservation
Inventory is reserved for a limited window (typically 30 minutes) once checkout begins. If payment is not completed within this window, the reservation is released automatically and the stock becomes available to other customers. This prevents double-selling of the same unit.
Returns and exchanges
If an item arrives damaged, is clearly the wrong product, or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via reply to your order confirmation email or through the contact form. After reviewing the situation, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Returns for customer reasons (wrong choice, change of mind) are accepted only if the item is unopened and within 7 days of delivery; return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Undeliverable and refused packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or prolonged absence, a re-delivery fee will apply for reshipment. Repeated refusal of delivery may result in refusal of future orders.
Weather and force majeure delays
Delivery may be delayed due to severe weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events. We will post a notice on the site or contact you by email as soon as possible in such cases.
